Creating and Managing Wildflower Grassland
This half day training course introduces the basic principles and practical techniques involved in creating and enhancing small wildflower meadow areas. The course content will cover species selection, seed collecting, producing plant plugs, site preparation, control of weed species, and on-going management requirements.
The content of the training course is relevant to all those who are planning to create a small patch of wildflower grassland or want to enhance existing grassland to improve its botanical value and visual appearance.
